How quickly can I get internet service?
We are usually 5 business days or less for a scheduled installation if no tower upgrade is necessary for your location. We have also done some same day installs.
Do you offer internet service for businesses?
Yes! Salmon Bay Wireless provides an affordable, friendly and local alternative to the big internet conglomerates.

Why is our network better?
Our towers are connected with dual fiber from different providers and inter connected for redundancy. We have less single points of failure than our competitors between your router and handing off traffic to the internet.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes we do! If you refer a friend, you both receive a month of internet free.
Do you offer service to boats?
Yes we do. As a matter of fact we service many marinas in the area along the Ship Canal and in Lake Union. Depending upon your marina, we offer a hardwired connection straight to your boat or a wireless connection with a small antenna.
Do you schedule 4 hour blocks (have to be home between 12-4?) like the other guys?
No, we don’t make you wait all day for us. We schedule a specific time with you and arrive ready to install.
